‘Exaggerate!’: Telling stories to kids pt.1 - Expressivity

What is it about?

In this first workshop we will focus on how to use our voice and body to tell the story with expressivity and to keep our listeners engaged.

We don’t need to be clowns or jump here and there like monkeys to keep children listening, but we need to be able to engage them - we can do it with our voice, with our gestures, mimes and expressions, and creating expectation when telling our story. In this workshop, we are going to see how to do just that.

The workshop will be hands-on - so participants, roll up your sleeves and be ready to learn and experiment together!

What's included? 1h30 live session + support on a small project and further links to resources
